  5. The original voucher must be presented upon check-in, failing which normal room rates will be charged.
     
  6. Subject to availability based on room quota.
     
  7. Walk-in guests will not be entertained.
     
  8. Once booking is confirmed, no amendment and cancellation will be entertained.
     
  9. Free room is offered to guests who checked-in on or before 6pm. Failing which, guest will pay the applicable normal room rates. No appeals or complaints will be entertained.
