1. What is Genting Theme Park Online Ticketing?
    Genting Theme Park Online Ticketing is a service provided by Genting Theme Park to allow customers to purchase Genting Theme Park Unlimited Ride Passes, Flying Coaster Entry Passes, Skyway Ride Passes and SnowWorld Entry Passes via the Internet.

     
  2. I wish to purchase Genting Theme Park Unlimited Ride Pass and other passes via online. How do I go about it?

    Anyone with an email account and owns a credit card or WorldCard members who have sufficient WorldCard Points or Genting Points can purchase Genting Theme Park ride passes online.
     
     
  3. How do I make a payment? What are the payment options available?
    You have to make a payment online through either using your credit card or either WorldCard Points or Genting Points. For more information about WorldCard, please go to www.worldcard.com.my.

     
  4. How many passes can be purchased using WorldCard Points or Genting Points?
    The total number of passes that you can purchase will depend on your accumulated WorldCard Points or Genting Points. For more information about WorldCard, please go to www.worldcard.com.my.

     
  5. How do I know if my online purchase from your website has been confirmed and acknowledged? How will I get my passes?
    You will receive the confirmation letter via email once your payment has been accepted. You will not get your Entry Passes instantly. Print out the confirmation email and present the confirmation letter for issuance of Entry Passes at the Online Ticket Redemption Counter at the Theme Park Wristband Tagging Counter.

     
  6. What if I lost or did not receive the confirmation email?
     Please send your request by emailing to egwc@genting.com.

     
  7. Can I cancel my purchase order after I have made a payment? Will I get a refund?
     No. We will not accept any cancellation of purchase once payment has been successfully made online. Thus, no refund will be given.

     
  8. Is there any validity date for the Entry Pass?
         Yes. The Entry Pass(es) are only valid on the selected date of visitation.

     
  9. Can I extend my pass validity date?
         No. We do not allow any extension of date.

     
  10. How do I redeem my Entry Pass with the confirmation email?
         Bring along the printed confirmation letter with your identification card (Malaysian) or photocopy of passport (Non-Malaysian) and proceed to the ticketing counter to redeem your pass(es).

  2. Does Genting Theme Park All Park Unlimited Ride Pass include admission to all rides in Outdoor Theme Park, First World Indoor Theme Park & Rainforest Splash Pool? 
    Yes. All rides in both Outdoor Theme Park, First World Indoor Theme Park & Splash Pool are included except Genting Sky Venture, Genting SnowWorld, Genting X-pedition Wall, Flying Coaster, Ripley’s Believe It or Not! and Haunted Adventure.

     
  3. Is the Unlimited Ride Pass inclusive of SnowWorld and Genting Sky Venture?
    All Unlimited Ride Passes do not cover entry to SnowWorld and Genting Sky Venture. These two attractions will be charged separately.

     
  4. Why is Flying Coaster not included in the Unlimited Ride Pass?
    Flying Coaster is the latest attraction at Genting Theme Park. Therefore, you will need to pay the entry fee for every Flying Coaster ride you take.

     
  5. How many rides are available at Genting Outdoor Theme Park and First World Indoor Theme Park?
    There are 29 rides at Outdoor Theme Park consisting of 1 Signature Attraction (Flying Coaster), 12 Family Rides, 5 Children Rides and 11 Thrill Rides.

    Rides at First World Indoor Theme Park consisting of 4 Signature Attractions (Genting Sky Venture, SnowWorld, Genting X-pedition Wall and Rain Forest Splash Pool), 6 Family Rides, 2 Children Rides, 3 Thrill Rides. First World Theme Park also houses First World Cineplex, Genting Bowling Centre, Genting Snooker Centre and Topsy Turvy Child Play Centre.

     
  6. What does a Family Package consist of?
    A Family Package includes entitlements for 2 adults and 2 children only. Kids aged 12 years and below are considered as children while anyone aged 13 years and above will be classified as adults.

     
  7. What is the age limit to qualify for Adult or Child Entry Pass?
    Adult Entry Pass - Aged 13 years and above 
    Child Entry Pass - Above 90cm and aged 12 years old and below
    Senior Citizen - Aged 55 years and above 
    Children below 90cm height - Admission is free. However, there are charges for certain rides. 

     
  8. What is the height restriction for each ride?
    For safety reasons, each ride has different restrictions. Therefore, you are required to read the Safety Board on health, height, age and other boarding restrictions. If you have any doubt, please seek assistance from our Theme Park staff at the entrance at any time.

     
  9. Which rides are suitable for children?
    All children rides are specially catered to children. However, for     safety reasons, some rides have certain age, height and health restrictions. 

     
  10. Why children below 90cm of height need to pay for Ride de Paris?
    Ride de Paris is a special ride catering to young children.

     
  11. What are the benefits that I can get when I visit Genting Theme Park on my birthday?
    We are delighted to inform you that we offer a Complimentary Outdoor Theme Park One Day Unlimited Ride Pass for our birthday guests. Birthday guests must present their identity card or passport at the Genting Theme Park cashier counters for verification purposes. Please click here for more information.

     
  12. What is the pass price for a handicapped person?
    Wheelchair-bound and blind persons can enter the Theme Park for free but their family members or guardians have to purchase the Theme Park passes at normal price. OKU card holders can enjoy 50% discount off the normal price but they have to present a valid OKU card before making any purchase. Please approach Theme Park personnel for assistance and details.

     
  13. Is the tour group allowed to a refund for wrong type of pass purchased?
    No. Entry Passes sold are not refundable.

     
  14. Is there any discount given to groups without any written documents?
    No. Discounts will only be given to pre-arranged trips or groups with write-in applications.
