as one of the brightest culinary talents of Australia and in the
year 2005, she was promoted to Head Chef of Capel Vale Winery in
less than a year after she joined the esteemed establishment. Her
dedication towards creating the very highest quality of cuisines and
Capel Vale’s on going quest to showcase their wines and its
