Kuala Lumpur, 19th November – World-renowned musician, Richard Clayderman, will be heading up to Genting – City Of Entertainment to entertain music lovers with his sophisticated and instrumental approach to pop music. The concert is scheduled to be held on 21 December 2007, 8pm at Genting’s Arena Of Stars.

Richard Clayderman has done what virtually no other French act has ever done - established a truly international career as a best selling recording artist and concert performer. After more than 25 years as the world’s most popular instrumental recording artiste, Richard Clayderman (or real name Philippe Pages) is still going strong with successful ‘live’ concerts and television shows all around the world.

The Guinness Book of World Records has named Richard Clayderman as 'the most successful pianist in the world’ and he was dubbed by Nancy Reagan as the 'Prince of Romance'. His first hit, 'Ballade pour Adeline’ sold an impressive 22 million records in 38 countries soon after it was produced.

Since then, the maestro has continued to improvise his performance techniques and experiment with different tempos, rhythms and styles - all of which have been well received by fans from across the globe. His illustrious career had been proven by impressive record sales in excess of 70 million, and he continues to perform anything from 150 to 200 concerts per year!
